PRESENTATION FEES
$5,000 BASIC PRESENTATION (90 minutes
+ includes screening)
$7,500 DAY SEMINAR (All Day includes screening)
$9,500 2-5 DAYS (includes MR screening
& selected race movies with panel discussions following film screenings & small class instruction)
*Special
custom programs available upon request*
TRAVEL EXPENSES & ACCOMODATIONS
Transportation, return business
class airfare and accommodations are required for Pamela Thomas. A per diem of $100 per day will be required for programs
over 3 hours.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed fee is required
upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining 75% of the agreed fee is required upon speaker arrival at the event.
In
event of program cancellation, Black Folks Make Movies Inc, will re-book the program on a mutually convenient date with no
penalty if the program is rescheduled within that calendar year. If the program is cancelled and not rescheduled, the initial
deposit will be considered full and complete payment. If the speaker attends the event and does not speak due to event schedule
conflicts then full payment is required.
*Pamela Thomas is also available for film programming, lectures,
screenings, presentations, research, classes or consulting.
